HOMES Clinic

HOMES Clinic is held at Cathedral Clinic on Sundays; other clinics at this site are available throughout the week (see left). Appointments are limited and scheduled at The Beacon between 8:15am - 8:45am on Sundays. HOMES offers high-quality, comprehensive primary care while providing linkages to specialty care and social safety net services as needed to put all our patients on a path toward success. Since the average visit can last 1.5 - 2 hours, we also proudly partner with The Beacon to allow patients to access their services like showers, laundry, and lunch.
